Science Academy of Chicago Students Participate in IJAS State Fair
Nineteen of our 7th and 8th grade students proudly represented Science Academy of Chicago at the Illinois Junior Academy of Science (IJAS) State Fair held in Carbondale, Illinois.
Our students showcased their hard work, curiosity, and passion for science through their outstanding projects and presentations. Their dedication and enthusiasm reflected the strong academic spirit of our school.
On their return trip, students also had the opportunity to visit several Science Academy of Chicago alumni in Urbana-Champaign. This meaningful visit allowed them to reconnect, gain inspiration, and strengthen the bonds within our school community.
We are incredibly proud of our students for representing our school with excellence and professionalism.
