The Science Academy of Chicago is excited to pilot a STEAM focused Summer Institute to engage our youth in a fun and educational summer.  The seven week program (June 8^th to July 24th) will offer students opportunities to continue learning in a less rigorous environment along with fun and recreational activities that will make the summer enjoyable and memorable.

Registration

• Students should be registered in the grade level that they will be attending in the Fall 2015.
• Enrollment is limited to ensure a quality experience.  Registration is first come first serve and will close once all the spots are filled.
• Registrants may attend only those camps for which they are registered. Registrations are not transferable.

Institute Fees

All fees are due in full at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Science Academy of Chicago reserves the right to cancel institutes that do not meet minimum enrollment.  If a program is canceled by the SAC, a full refund will be returned to registrant.  If registrant cancels a program, a 50% refund will be made if the registrant notifies SAC program in writing, emailed postmarked or faxed no later than 10 working days prior to the start of the summer institute.  Otherwise, no refunds will be made.  There is a $50 service fee for any returned change and to continue enrollment the fee must be paid in full in cash or cashier’s check.

Lunch and Snacks

Lunch and snacks are not included in the registration fee.

Before and After School Care

Before and after school care is included in registration.

• Before care is available from 8 AM – 9 AM
• After care is available until  5 PM
